Tell Us Your Thoughts About End of Treatment Celebrations, like Ringing the Bell

What are your thoughts on the celebration that happens at the end of cancer treatment?

Your feedback will be used makes changes that are important to patients.

The survey should take you about 5 minutes to complete.

Your answers are anonymous.

Cancer treatment is a challenging journey, and some patients want to mark milestones in this experience. Celebrations, like ringing the bell, are for congratulating a patient on completing a part of their treatment. The celebration is a personal choice by each cancer patient. Each person has the option to participate or not.

While one person may be celebrating, we want to respect other patients in treatment areas. We want people to have the choice to celebrate, but we don't want this to cause any distress to other patients.

Survey answers will help us know how to have celebrations in a manner which respects each cancer patient.

Thank you for taking the time to fill out this short survey.

The survey will close on May 19th, 2024.
