Hello Nova Scotians! It’s time to make a new community health plan for your community. The community health boards (CHBs) want your input. Boards across the province are asking what communities need to promote better health and well-being for everyone. This survey is one way we are gathering information. We will use the information to set priorities for the next five years. We will also share the information with Nova Scotia Health and the IWK. Learn more here, then please complete the survey.     This survey invites you to comment on the things that affect you and the people in your community. They include income; housing, access to food, physical activity, and social connection. We know from research that these things have a big impact on health.  We want your opinion. Your responses will help us to set priorities for the next five years.
